Biography

Kevin Lee Associate Editor

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Kevin attended the University of South Alabama (in Mobile, Alabama) and Auburn University. An eclectic list of former roles includes captain and president of collegiate and semi-pro football clubs, sportswriter for university athletics, graphic artist, motion picture set designer, congressional campaign aide, musician, cook/chef, and radio announcer. A longtime jazz enthusiast, Lee initiated the Mystic Order of the Jazz Obsessed (or MOJO), a Mobile-based jazz society, in 2001 and hosted a local jazz radio program for two years. He currently works as an associate editor and arts editor for Lagniappe.
