Reportee says that a known male subject has been taking legal documents from her and threatening to take his house back.

Both the victim and the subject were having an argument when they produced guns and pointed them at each other. Both parties were alarmed at the actions of the other.

Unknown subject(s) entered the above address with a key that was hidden. Upon entry sprayed shaving cream and eggs on the walls.

Subject swapped barcodes on a higher item for a lesser price.

Unknown Time, Morhaven Dr.

Reportee advised that a known person has conned her into opening numerous credit card accounts. And now he is making fraudulent charges on the accounts.

Reportee advised that all her prescription medication blew out the window while she was on the interstate.

3:00 p.m., West Regional Library, Grelot Rd.

Unknown subject with intent to cause damage did so by writing on bathroom walls.

10:00 a.m. Simmington St.

Unknown subjects stole victim’s 2008 decal off of her license plate. Decal was recovered on another vehicle in the parking lot.

4:15 a.m., Patton Ave.

Unknown subject(s) entered residence through a back window. While in residence they ate and slept.

9/5/07

2:17 a.m., Shell Station, Highway 90

Unknown subject(s) unlawfully removed the listed articles from the above location. In the process of committing the theft, the subject(s) unlawfully caused damage to the front of the building by driving a vehicle through the front of the business.
