Victim stated that known person has called her cell phone 21 times, causing alarm and annoyance. Known person has also left unwanted text messages.

The victim stated that known person caused alarm by grabbing victim’s left thumb and bending it back causing minor pain.

Unknown subject(s) gained entry into residence by breaking glass out of locked window and spray painted on walls and turned furniture over in bedrooms.

Unknown subject entered vehicle through an unlocked passenger side door and did said damages by pulling off “No Smoking” sign on the passenger side dash, then went through compartments in the vehicle at the above location.

Victim stated that unknown subject(s) removed the license plate off the rear of her car without her consent.

Unknown male subject tried to enter above location by backing his pickup truck into front door.
2:30 p.m., Faith City Cathedral Church, Mobile St.
Victim stated that she left her purse at above location for about five minutes and unknown subject took it and the listed items within the purse.
6:40 p.m., Raceway, Highway 90
Unknown male subject intentionally damaged a pay phone at above location.

Known subject brandished a knife to the victim while leaving the above location. The subject had previously been banned from the location by the victim.
