Venue: Callaghan’s Irish Social Club (916 Charleston St.) 433-9374

After Alaskan Sean Tracey’s performance at Callaghan’s, one might need to form a new concept of the Klondike.
This musician has paid his dues playing with Juneau’s Crabgrass Revival Band and gained notoriety by winning the Rasmuson Foundation Project Award for his songwriting skills. Now, Tracey is coming into the Southeast with hopes his homegrown sound captures audiences.
Tracey will be entertain the Callaghan’s crowd with cuts from his solo debut “Trouble.” With plenty of pickin’ and grinnin’, “Trouble” sticks to traditional country roots with not only the instrumentation but also its themes, which focus on those tried-and-true subjects in country music: intoxication, raising hell and losing the one you love.
