Unknown subject threatened to strike the victim in the head with a walking stick with the intent to take the victim’s property and escape.

4:00 a.m. Plantation Apartments, Old Pascagoula Road

Unknown subject intentionally set fire to victim’s vehicle.

5:40 p.m. MLK Avenue-Bizell Street

Subject insulted victim at the above location then threatened him with a stick and threatened to take his bicycle as he drove away.

8:00 p.m. Kim Avenue

Victim was shot at by a known male, causing him to fear for his safety. The known male shot victim’s feet but made threats to kill the victim.

8:15 a.m. AmSouth Bank, Moffett Road

Reportee advised police that she discovered a hole in the wall of the bank leading to the drive-thru area and night deposit box. The reportee also discovered listed articles missing.

10:00 p.m. Kings Branch Drive S.

Victim reports unknown subjects egged three of his vehicles.

8:00 a.m. Texas Street

Known subject continues to harass victim by verbally stating that victim will “get hers.”

6:10 p.m. Peach Street

Reportee states known subject followed him to the above location and was pointing at him. Reportee states subject has done this several occasions causing him to be alarmed and harassed.

1:30 p.m. Saucy Q’s BBQ, Government Street

An unknown female became disorderly with victim by using loud and profane language causing alarm among other patrons and employees of the restaurant. Unknown subject then threw several desserts on the floor before leaving.

8:00 a.m. Country Lane

A known male subject has called at least 25 times. Subject will walk by and jiggle door knob. He will run off guests when arriving.

1:20 p.m. Discount Carpets, E 1-65 Service Road

Unknown female stole a rug from above business.

11:00 a.m. Mertz School, Government Boulevard

Victim states that an unknown person unlawfully entered her vehicle and took 12 boxes of educational software. Victim also states that an unknown subject took unauthorized control of her cell phone.

4:20 p.m. Plantation Apartments, Hillcrest Road

Known subject struck the victim with a belt buckle and his fist on the date causing physical injury.

3:30 p.m. Exxon, Moffett Road

Victim parked his vehicle at the above business and left the keys in it. When the victim exited the business he noticed vehicle was gone. Victim stated he would know who took his vehicle if he could look at security video.

5:00 p.m. State Street

Victim stated that unknown subjects unlawfully removed listed articles from her yard and placed the articles in her neighbor’s yard.

5:00 p.m. Roosevelt Avenue

When victim’s vehicle was repoed and when she went to retrieve it, was no-where to be found. Unknown who took or what happened to it.

11:30 a.m. Woodland Square Apartments, South Sage Avenue

The above date, time, and location the victim stated that a known female subject came to the apartment complex, busted out the windows to the victim’s apartment and to vehicle. Then the subject grabbed the victim, dragged her while driving, and then tried to run over her with her car.

8:00 p.m. Touchstone Auto Sales, Moffett Road

Unknown persons threw above listed objects (eggs) on property owner autos parked on his business parking lot causing minor damages.

02/25/07

3:00 a.m. Springer Court

Known subjects threw eggs at the victim’s front door while the victim was inside the house causing the victim to be annoyed and alarmed.

12:00 a.m. Boudousquie Street

Unknown subjects entered the residence and removed listed articles. Subjects also intentionally damaged the residence by placing a garden hose in the window and flooding the residence.

8:30 p.m. Howells Ferry Road

Victim stated that subject used abusive and obscene language toward victim. Also attempted to push victim vehicle out his driveway with his vehicle.
