Victim states that two unknown males threw a piece of asphalt and a brick at her shrubs and nearly hit her.

*8:00 p.m. * M & S Convenience Store, Springhill Ave.

An unknown male took a package of cookies and left the store without paying for them.

*8:00 p.m. * Northside Check Exchange, Stephens Rd.

The victim stated that an unknown subject(s) entered his business by using a burning torch to cut the bottom half of his back door off and then removed the listed articles.

06/14/07

*10:00 a.m. * Ruby Tuesday’s, Airport Blvd.

Reportee stated that unknown female calls at the above location and hangs up at least 15 times daily and reportee does feel alarmed and annoyed.

*9:35 p.m. * Commonwealth St.

Known subject grabbed victim by the throat and kicked him in his butt.

*3:00 a.m. * Inn Rd.

Victim stated known subject kicked wet floor sign intentionally into glass window, causing damage.

*3:00 p.m. * Pratt

Unknown subject with the intent to damage property did so by cutting down a tree in the victim’s front yard.

06/16/07

*6:15 p.m. * Oak St.

Unknown subject(s) busted out the window to the victim’s laundry room and made a mess in the backyard.

06/17/07

*12:20 p.m. * Foreman Rd.

The reportee advised police that she left her friend in her apartment to run an errand. When she returned, the front door was open and her laptop computer was missing.

*12:35 a.m. * TJ Maxx, Airport Blvd.

Unknown female subjects with intent to take listed articles did so by concealing articles inside a baby stroller and leaving business without paying.

*10:00 p.m. * Shana Dr.

Known subject has been unlawfully raising and harboring ducks and geese within the city limits and allowing them to roam around the neighborhood, causing a nuisance and possible health risks.

06/20/07

*4:00 p.m. * Saynor Ave.

Known subject came to the victim’s residence wanting to fight. So they did. The subject is said to have lost the fight and was upset. The subject then threatened to go and come back with a gun. The victim fears for his safety.

06/21/07

*7:51 p.m. * Lusher Park, Dogriver Dr. W.

Unknown subject unlawfully took under his control a tractor, which is rented to the city of Mobile. The subject dug a large hole and drove the tractor into the hole. The subject caused unknown damages to the tractor and also damages to the lawn of the park.

*9:40 p.m. * Greenlawn Dr.

Unknown subject threw water balloons at the victim’s residence, busting out a glass window in the front of the residence. There were no witnesses to the incident.

*9:00 p.m. * Congress St.

The unknown female took the victim’s wallet while on a date having no legal right to do so.

06/27/07

*7:20 a.m. * Oak Hill Rd.

Two pit bull dogs came to above location and would not allow victim to exit her residence.

Jan 15 2008 12/21/07 1:00 p.m., Airport Blvd. A known male subject did with intent take reportee’s medicines without his consent to do so.

Jan 01 2008 12/8/07 10:00 p.m., Brookmoor Ct. Unknown subject(s) stole victim’s prescriptions from vehicle.

Dec 18 2007 11/20/07 11:15 a.m., Cuba St. Reportee advised that she allowed known subject to spend the night and now she wants him to leave, but he refuses to 11/26/07 11:15 a.m., Sam’s Club Unknown subject(s) with intent to deprive victim of her property did so by taking her shopping cart.

Dec 04 2007 1/02/07 4:20 p.m. Time Saver Known person drove off from the gas pump with the pump still in the vehicle causing damage to the pump hose.

Nov 20 2007 11/04/07 6:00 p.m., Halls Mill Rd. Unknown subject dumped tires on victim’s property.
