A Robertsdale man has been sentenced after authorities alleged they recovered large volumes of undelivered mail from his apartment.

Timothy Orion Chandler Jr., 23, a contract mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, was sentenced Monday, Aug. 31, to time served after spending more than 30 days in jail for delaying or destroying mail. U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Beaverstock also ordered Chandler to serve three years of supervised release.
