A Mobile man's body was found on Dog River near Navco Park, after he allegedly fell overboard and drowned, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
On Thursday, April 10, troopers with ALEA’s Marine Patrol Division were notified of a single-vessel marine-related accident along Dog River. An investigation led to the discovery of Willie E. Parker’s body.
