Jeffery Leon Moss

Jeffery Leon Moss was arrested this afternoon in connection to a murder on Stockton Drive in Mobile.

Around 7 a.m. this morning, Mobile Police officers responded to the 2000 block of Stockton Drive for a report of a single gunshot victim. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of Tracy Clipper, who had died inside the residence with an apparent gunshot wound.

Mobile Fire Rescue also responded to the scene, but Clipper was pronounced dead upon their arrival.
