A Baldwin County man has been indicted for 45 counts of possessing child pornography, according to the office of Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange.

The announcement came on Wednesday after a grand jury brought the indictment against 36-year-old John Lockard Bailey of Elberta. Bailey was arrested on an outstanding warrant on June 10 and has since been in custody at the Baldwin County Correctional Center.
