He was heralded when he arrived on the South Alabama campus as a future star and Jalen Tolbert lived up to the billing. The Jaguars’ wide receiver, a former standout at McGill-Toolen who is expected to be playing on Sundays next season in the NFL, closed out his college career last Friday with a 10-catch, 191-yard effort in an overtime loss to Coastal Carolina at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
